1. How can I tell if your meals are suitable for my diet?
All of the meals at Well Seasoned are designed for low calorie/low sodium diets. The meal description tells you the weight of the proteins and vegetables that are used in each meal as well as any miscellaneous items. All of the ingredients are listed on the label, as is the nutritional info.
2. Do you offer FREE shipping?
YES! Shipping cost is based on delivery location:

British Columbia and Alberta
Orders destined for British Columbia/Alberta will be prepared/shipped from our facility in Calgary. Once you have placed your order, a representative from WellSeasoned.com will contact you with a delivery quotation. (During checkout, the shipping amount will show as $0.00. Actual shipping cost will only be applied until confirmed and approved by you.)
3. Can I pickup my orders?
YES! You can save on shipping if you can pick up your order. When ordering, indicate in the order comments that you want to pick up. Please wait for an email or phone call from us to confirm your order is ready for pickup. Usually, orders are ready within 1-2 business days.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
In general, orders are delivered by next business day for orders within our service area. Our meals are frozen and ready to eat - therefore, we ship using high quality, insulated containers that will keep product frozen for at least 24 hours and between 0-4 degrees celcius (refrigerator temperature) up to 48 hours.
5. I live OUTSIDE your service area - is there anyway for me to get your products?
YES! We can always TRY to find a way to get our products to you - we just are not able to know the cost of delivery until we receive your order. You may submit your order anyway and we will call you back with the most cost efficient way to get our products to you.
