Orders destined for British Columbia/Alberta will be prepared from our facilities in Vancouver/Calgary. Once you have placed your order, a representative from WellSeasoned.com will contact you with a delivery quotation. (During checkout, the shipping amount will show as $0.00. Actual shipping cost will only be applied until confirmed and approved by you.)
*All delivery charges quoted are subject to final review as part of our fulfillment process. If we cannot deliver our product at the quoted price, we will contact you first to confirm additional surcharges.

All online orders are shipped from our Markham warehouse in Canada. Orders may not be picked up as we are a fulfillment center for WellSeasoned.com only.
Standard Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via expedited, next business day service. All orders are insured to protect against loss or damage.
All products are packaged in a heavy duty, freezer safe package. From date of delivery, we guarantee our products will have additional frozen shelf life of 3 months.
It is important to ensure that you have provided a complete and correct address when placing your order. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided,
a non refundable shipping charge of $19.99 (plus applicable taxes) for shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to WellSeasoned.com by the carrier for the return delivery.
Please note that while we try our best to catch
errors in delivery addresses before the package is shipped, neither our courier company nor WellSeasoned.com is responsible for correcting
an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct delivery address.
2. Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days.

Returns must be accompanied by receipt.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage to WellSeasoned.com. Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.
Non-refundable Charges If a customer chooses to cancel the order that has already been shipped, the order will be refunded minus any shipping charges already incurred and the cost of any non-resalable perishable products in the returned package.
